EXAM FEVER

I learnt a lot this week...to be precisely said --->this examination week

well...of course it will happen when you submerged yourself like 14 hours a day in a sea of notes and books

(not me, though..i don't have that much passion and patient in studying)

but that is not literally what I meant in the first place...

well...suddenly it comes down to me...

why some people can read it all at once and memorized every pages like they are the writers of the book?(I bet the writers won't memorize it either)

Why some people need to do all sorts of actions that sometimes can be seen as silly just to memorize one classification of drugs? (making a song or absurd formula)

why someone required only one day to finish the whole Concise Lecture of Pathophysiology?

And the other one were also using the same amount of time to read only 3 chapters from that same book?

and then I remembered what my ustazah once told me :

Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous,Who has taught (the writing) by the pen. 96:34

She said that even though we are on the same class, listening to the same teacher with all of us using two eyes and two ears,

Allah is the One who taught us and give us the knowledge..if He wants us to know it..then we will surely understand it in the blink of an eye regardless we are having one eye or three ears...but we need to play our parts as well...

That is because Allah would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing. 8:53

And so I read and read and read and pray to Him to ease my way...because if He wants me to know it..He will surely help me...

I can't just wait or sleep on top of that book so that all of the notes will undergo passive diffusion into my brain as it is definitely quite empty....

I can't just pray to Him days and nights without any effort of opening the book because I am too lazy and wants to watch movies...

If we didn't take effort ourselves..He won't bother helping us either...because Allah only helps those who helps themselves

Maybe it is difficult, maybe you don't have much time with all other worldly matters that occupies you...

maybe you are lacking in materials to study such as seniors' notes, big reference books...

But if we put our 100% effort wholeheartedly

with the sole goal to please the Almighty

Our way will come clean and easy

because that is what He promised to the piety

“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.” -94:5-6

Just think of it as a test

surely you wanted to do the best

so that you'll be among the loved one

wouldn't it be much more fun?

And We will surely test you until We make evident those who strive among you [for the cause of Allah ] and the patient, and We will test your affairs. 47:3
